Over the past couple weeks everyone in our house has been sick - including Chris's parents who were visiting. Jacob has had an ear infection and teeth number 15 and 16 are on their way in. I'm hoping that will be it for a little while since I can't see where any more would come in right now. He's been quite the trooper - though it doesn't hurt that he loves the amoxicillan. He has also been practicing walking up and down stairs (vs. crawling on the stairs) and has mastered blowing kisses. He's also figured out a less-scary-to-mommy way of going down a slide (see the video below).
In other news, our car goes into the shop on Monday and should be there for two weeks. We decided to only get a rental car for a couple days in the middle so the next couple weeks should be extra exciting! Sometimes it would be nice to have a second car, but honestly that doesn't come up that often. On the plus side, we should have Chris's bike back soon.
