One of the fun things about babies is that they learn new things all the time. And once they figure out how to do something they do them over and over. For example, for weeks Jacob was getting 90% of the way over rolling from back to tummy but that bottom arm was getting in the way. One morning he figured it out and then every time we would put him down on his back he'd just flip over. Then he'd get mad because he doesn't like being on his tummy...but that never stopped him from flipping over. Yesterday he woke up from his nap with this new skill (hint: make sure your sound is turned up):
As with all new skills he has been practicing a lot. Most notably, all throughout Allan's "State of the EV" address at our Annual Meeting last night. Oh well...at least he's cute.
In other news, three of the four new teeth have broken through so we're just waiting on that last one and then he should be much happier. I finally took him in to the doctor to make sure he didn't have an ear infection and he doesn't so we all feel pretty good about that.
