It is definitely interesting having two toddlers around. For the most part, they got along well, but there was the occasional breakout of “MINE!” and “MOMMY!!” from both sides. They found lots of ways to have fun though. One day they devised a game that consisted entirely of bumping their heads together, saying ow, and giggling. They also had an argument that seemed to be over saying yes and no - one said yes, the other said no but no one could figure out what they were saying yes and no about. They generally wanted to eat the same things, drink the same things, and play with the same things. They also ran in circles around the room. Once again I found myself wishing we could bottle that energy.
Jacob thought our rental house was Michaela’s house and Michaela thought it was Jacob’s. That absolutely makes sense but it’s not something I had thought about or was expecting.
